Job Overview

We are looking for highly driven Channel Relations Managers / Business Development Managers to join our client’s growing real estate team in the UAE. This role is critical to expanding their channel network, strengthening strategic partnerships, and driving high-volume business through brokers and channel partners.

You will act as the primary point of contact for key channel partners, including senior leadership and C‑suite stakeholders, ensuring strong alignment, performance, and long‑term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with channel partners and broker networks
  • Handle high-volume channel accounts and ensure consistent business growth
  • Engage directly with top management and C‑suite stakeholders of channel partners
  • Onboard, train, and activate brokers to drive sales performance
  • Analyze channel performance, identify trends, and propose growth strategies
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance updates to senior leadership
  • Resolve partner escalations efficiently and maintain strong long‑term relationships

    Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned business and sales targets
  • Demonstrate flexibility for weekend working and travel as business demands (no clock‑based approach)
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Mandatory
  • Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
  • 4+ years of Business Development experience (open to any industry)
  • Proven experience managing high-volume accounts and channel partners
  • Experience working with top management / C‑suite stakeholders
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
