A leading outsourcing company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced ESG Specialist to lead ESG reporting initiatives and enhance compliance with sustainability standards. You will analyze environmental, social, and governance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve ESG performance. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree and 5–8 years of experience in sustainability roles, with strong communication skills in English.

Familiarity with ESG frameworks and data analysis tools is preferred.
