About the Role
- Assist in negotiation with vendors to get the best possible pricing and payment options. The bid, award, and administer supply, services, and orders to suppliers.
- Assist in identifying procurement needs initiate, prepare and dispatch RFQ Bid Analysis and order as per the department policy and procedures.
- Assist in monitoring and following-up quotations, bids analysis with end-user and Procurement Order deliveries.
- Assist in monitoring vendor performance and update it to procurement superintendent for evaluation.
- Assist in receiving Procurement Requisition s, from stores via coordinator and verify.
- Assist in managing and developing vendor relationships and broaden network of existing group vendors to provide the internal customers with a wider range of product / service solutions.
- Assist to buy all supplies and equipment's and maintain quality for same.
- Assist in cost management to identify areas of potential cost reduction and analyse the impact of pricing changes for goods and services in routine activities.
- Assist in negotiating fair pricing without compromising on quality of goods or services.
- Update Procurement Department policies and procedure, service level agreements and comprehensive procurement agreement.
- Work with team members and vendors to ensure adherence to ordered specs, quality & timeline.
- Clarify end-user queries to ensure order is placed for the right material/services.
- Perform other jobs as requested by the Manager and line superiors from time to time.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports in line with narrative reports that meet the requirements.
- Promote and ensure compliance with Organization's Health & Safety policies.

- This is a generalist view of a Job that you have been assigned for— at times you may be requested to do above/beyond the scope of this role due to Operational requirements.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Management, Engineering or equivalent.
Required SkillsExcellent Verbal & Written communication skills
- Required:
English - Arabic and any other language are an asset
- MS Office —Advance (Excellent Excel skills)
- ERP System - Oracle
