Head of Loyalty, Partnerships and Payments - ADNOC Distribution
Position located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This senior leadership role oversees the loyalty proposition, financial sustainability, integrated partnerships and payment initiatives while managing a lean team and engaging with high‑level stakeholders across banks, card schemes and B2B partners.

- Lead development of the customer value proposition for loyalty and payments to exceed expectations and drive incremental revenue.
- Refine the loyalty program's value proposition using customer insights, competitive benchmarking and engagement data.
- Oversee loyalty program financials including point value, generosity, liability management and cost per member.
- Monitor and report program ROI in collaboration with stakeholders, identifying optimization areas.
- Define and direct partnership strategy, sourcing and negotiating strategic partnerships with banks, B2B partners and payment providers.
- Drive revenue through point sales, co‑brand partnerships and tactical initiatives with external stakeholders.
- Manage digital payment partnerships and identify cutting‑edge payment solutions for seamless integration.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to develop customer payment processes and enhance experiences.
- Stay updated on emerging digital payment technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and lead a high‑performing team, providing mentorship, coaching and career development opportunities.
- Foster collaboration and innovation within loyalty, partnerships and payments functions.
- Serve as key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop policies, processes and RACI models to enhance cross‑functional collaboration and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in senior leadership roles managing loyalty programs, payments and partnerships, preferably in retail or related sectors.
- Proven success in designing, implementing and scaling loyalty and partnership strategies.
- Strong background in digital payments, financial management of loyalty programs and strategic partnerships with financial institutions.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with commercial acumen.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with executive stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver results in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
- Lead a highly strategic function driving loyalty, payments and partnerships for one of the UAE's leading energy retailers.
