• Take part in ADNOC's structured graduate development program with a focus on business, arts, and law disciplines.
• Gain hands‑on training in core areas such as administration, legal compliance, human resources, finance, economics, supply chain, and project management.

• Transition from Trainee to Employee based on performance reviews and organizational needs.

• UAE National holding a bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:
  Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Human Resources, Economics, or Law (including International, Corporate, and Political Law).
• Medically fit to meet work environment requirements.
• Cleared all government checks, including a certificate of good conduct from the Ministry of Interior.
• Completed National Service (unless exempt under UAE law).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
