Business Set up consultant

Responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end company formation processes in Dubai, including Mainland, Free‑Zone, and Offshore setups.
• Advise clients on the most suitable business structure based on their requirements.
• Prepare and process trade license applications, renewals, and amendments.
• Coordinate with government authorities and relevant departments for approvals and documentation.
• Assist clients with visa processing, PRO services, and bank account opening support.
• Ensure all activities comply with UAE laws, regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on applications.
• Handle client queries and provide accurate business setup guidance.
• Support business development activities and assist in client acquisition when required.
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UAE business setup/consultancy services.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Mainland, Free‑Zone, and Offshore company formation processes.
• Good understanding of UAE government regulations, licensing procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Familiar with DED, Immigration, MOHRE, and other government portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong problem‑solving and advisory skills.
• Customer‑focused with a professional and proactive approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Experience in corporate service providers or consultancy firms will be an advantage.
• Multilingual abilities will be an added advantage.
