TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Procurement Manager based in Dammam. The role involves leading procurement activities, developing sourcing strategies, and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services.
The ideal candidate will have 5–12 years of procurement experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in procurement software such as SAP MM. Strong negotiation skills are essential.
Knowledge of Saudi Arabian procurement regulations and effective communication in English and Arabic are also required.
