Responsibilities
Own commercial governance for assigned contracts clients projects including contract interpretation commercial compliance and disciplined administration to protect the Company s rights and position Lead contract lifecycle management from award handover through delivery and close-out ensuring key obligations are tracked and enforced Control revenue assurance and billing by validating measurement certification preparing invoices claims in line with contract requirements and coordinating timely submission tracking and resolution of payment issues Manage claims and disputes including entitlement assessment substantiation packs correspondence strategy and escalation pathways coordinate with Legal as required while maintaining contract notice timelines Own cost and margin governance for assigned scope by reviewing cost drivers monitoring margin erosion risks and implementing commercial controls rate card adherence approvals and spend discipline Develop and maintain commercial forecasts revenue margin variations pipeline collections outlook and provide periodic reports with clear assumptions risks and mitigation actions Administer subcontractor and supplier commercial terms including back-to-back protections scope alignment rate validation payment certification and change control consistency with the head contract Lead tendering and proposal commercial inputs including pricing frameworks clarifications qualifications risk provisions and contract mark-ups ensure bid assumptions and exclusions are documented and approved Maintain contract documentation and correspondence control ensuring controlled templates records and audit trails instructions notices approvals meeting minutes acceptance certificates are complete and retrievable Manage stakeholder communications and governance cadence including commercial review meetings action logs decision tracking and formalization of agreements in writing to prevent ambiguity and scope drift Ensure compliance with ethics and anti-bribery anti-corruption requirements in all negotiations vendor client interactions gifts hospitality and conflicts-of-interest declarations.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8–12 years of experience in commercial, contracts, and business development in Oil & Gas sectors.
