Responsibilities- Lead client engagements, collaborating closely with senior executives to develop and implement effective business strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Develop and present compelling business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation plans to clients.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products on time and within budget.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing thought leadership and strategic guidance.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in business strategy and consulting, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in strategy and operations consulting, with a proven track record of delivering high‑impact engagements for clients.
- Strong analytical skills, utilizing data to inform decisions and measure results.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, demonstrating creativity in developing innovative solutions to complex business problems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, establishing relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Leadership and project management expertise, capable of leading teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment with a focus on exceptional client service.
