Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
* Identify and secure new corporate accounts, fostering long-term client relationships.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
* Negotiate and close corporate contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service to corporate clients.
* Represent Shangri-La Group at industry events and conferences to enhance brand presence.## Requirements
* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in corporate sales within the hospitality industry.
* Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi corporate market.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
