Responsibilities
- Contract Drafting, Review, and Preparation:
Prepare, analyze, and revise vendor, service, and subcontractor agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective risk mitigation. - Negotiation:
Lead or support negotiations with vendors, clients, and partners to secure favorable terms and protect organizational interests. - Risk Management:
Identify potential liabilities, assess contractual risks, and recommend mitigation strategies in coordination with legal counsel. - Contract Administration:
Maintain a centralized contract repository, track key milestones and renewals, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting. - Advisory Support:
Provide legal and contractual guidance to internal teams regarding interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution; liaise with external counsel when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in contract management, procurement, or legal advisory roles.
- Experience in government, IT, or defense contracting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Familiarity with contract management tools.
