- Operate as a trusted advisor rather than a formal manager
- Partner experience from a top‑tier or globally recognised strategy firm
- Direct experience working with UAE or Abu Dhabi government
- Proven ability to operate with senior leaders and boards
- Clear delivery ownership beyond advisory work
- Low‑ego, mission‑driven operating style
