We are currently looking for ambitious and high-potential graduates to join a structured rotational graduate program designed to develop future leaders in Asset Management, Community Management, Finance, Engineering, and Operations.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from leading local universities
- Finance / Economics specialization
- Engineering specialization
- CFA qualification or candidates pursuing the CFA charter will be considered a strong advantage for Finance graduates
Selected graduates will undergo cross-functional rotations across multiple departments including:
- Retail
- Residential
- Leisure & Entertainment (L&E)
- F&B
- Asset Management Office
Finance Graduates
- 3 months with Finance
- 1 month with Procurement
- 2 months with Property Management
- 3 months with Development
- 3 months with Delivery
- Followed by 6 months within Community Management (CM)
The program is designed to provide:
- Cross-functional business exposure
- Real operational and commercial experience
- Leadership and stakeholder management development
- Long-term career growth opportunities
Preferred commitment period within CM:
Minimum 6 months.

- Passion for real estate, asset, and community management
