Senior Officer - Client Management

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling products and services.
• Coordinate with internal departments—including Commercial, Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR, and PRO—to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Prepare account reviews, reports, and performance presentations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and service‑level agreements.
• Track customer satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives.
• Support contract renewals, negotiations, and account retention efforts.
• Maintain accurate client records in RAMCO, SUNDUS HUB, and other systems.

• Preferably in the outsourcing or recruitment services industry, with a minimum of 1–6 years in a similar role.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and results‑driven.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
