Position: Growth Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Growth Executive role based in Abu Dhabi. The Growth Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and support the expansion of Transportr’s multi-modal shipping services in key markets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, engaging prospects through calls, meetings, and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor logistics solutions to client needs.

The role will also involve tracking performance metrics, preparing sales reports, and contributing to go-to-market initiatives and campaigns. The Growth Executive will work closely with leadership to execute growth strategies and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or growth roles, ideally within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship building.
  • Ability to conduct structured market research and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in client-facing discussions and negotiations.
  • Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems to track activities, prospects, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, product, and leadership teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Existing knowledge of the Abu Dhabi or broader GCC market is a plus.
