Role Overview
The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Recruitment across industries such as IT, construction, oil & gas, hospitality, and logistics, and developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Recruitment across industries such as IT, construction, oil & gas, hospitality, and logistics.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients highlighting key differentiators and tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all sales and service-related queries.
- Understand client needs and design customized outsourcing solutions including recruitment, payroll management, visa processing, and compliance support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 3–4 years in recruitment in the UAE.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing contracts in the outsourcing industry.
- Experience working with industries such as IT, construction, oil & gas, or logistics is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage complex projects, multitask, and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Fluency in English;
Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel within the UAE and MENA region as needed.
- Preferably someone with strong knowledge of the UAE business culture.
- Established network of clients, vendors, and contacts in the UAE outsourcing or recruitment industry.
- Familiarity with tendering processes and managing RFPs, scope of work, and bid documentation.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to address client needs and market challenges.
