Job Role & Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, economics, business, engineering, finance, or a related discipline
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in ESG, sustainability, responsible investment, or related strategy and governance roles
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing ESG strategies, frameworks, or policies within a corporate, investment, or advisory environment
- Strong understanding of leading ESG standards and frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, UN SDGs, and regional regulatory requirements
- Proven track record in ESG reporting, data management, and KPI development, preferably within a large organization or multi‑stakeholder environment
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership to integrate ESG into business planning and decision‑making
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex ESG data and translate it into strategic insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare executive‑level reports and presentations on ESG topics
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality work within tight deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and build consensus across diverse groups
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical, responsible, and sustainable business practices
- Professional certifications in ESG, sustainability, responsible investment, or related fields are an advantage
- Experience in the GCC or a similar regulatory and cultural environment is preferred

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, economics, business, engineering, finance, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
