Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans for key cargo clients.
* Drive significant revenue growth and increase market share for Etihad Cargo services.
* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners and customers.
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the global cargo network.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.## Requirements
* Proven experience in strategic account management or business development, preferably within the air cargo or aviation logistics sector.
* In-depth understanding of global air cargo operations, market dynamics, and customer needs.
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage high-value accounts.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales and growth strategies.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
