Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
* Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various operational areas.

* Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure contract terms are met.

* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in contracts management and KPI development/analysis.
* Strong understanding of legal frameworks and best practices in property/facility management contracts.
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
