Job Description
Drive process improvement initiatives across the cluster by applying process improvement principles, structured problem‑solving, and data‑driven analysis to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall business performance. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, supporting continuous improvement, and embedding a culture of operational excellence across all functions within all sub‑clusters.
Responsibilities- Implement Lean principles and methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and utilize structured problem‑solving techniques to identify root causes of process issues, inefficiencies, and customer complaints.
- Optimize workflows: analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop and implement solutions to improve process flow, reduce cycle times, and enhance productivity.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to clearly define existing processes and facilitate understanding and improvement efforts.
- Facilitate and lead Kaizen events, engaging cross‑functional teams to identify and implement small, quick wins that deliver immediate value.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure process performance, track progress, and demonstrate the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Train and coach team members on Lean principles, process improvement methodologies, and problem‑solving techniques.
- Effectively communicate project updates, findings, recommendations, and project progress to stakeholders at all levels.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Design, implement, and monitor process improvement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce cycle times.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate improvement outcomes and trends.
- Educational and Technical
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - Language
Skills:
Written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage. - Years of
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience. - Nature of
Experience:
5–7 years of proven experience in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, or related fields.
