Responsibilities1. Product Design and Strategic Planning
- Develop comprehensive strategies for B2B products, with a particular emphasis on merchant‑related services. Conduct in‑depth research on industry trends and customer needs.
- Plan product architecture to ensure products are scalable, reliable, and efficient, meeting the diverse needs of enterprise customers.
- Needs Assessment:
Communicate with various enterprises to identify requirements regarding settlement frequencies, fee structures, multi‑currency options, and integration with internal systems, and compile these into reports. - Product Design and Development:
Design settlement functions and platforms based on identified needs. Outline core features like real‑time settlement, etc., and collaborate with the technical team to build a secure, stable, and scalable platform. - Optimization and Improvement:
Regularly gather merchant feedback to optimize the platform, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
- Service Definition and Strategy:
Define the value of this service in the B2B context, identify target customers, and formulate market strategies. - Service Design and Execution:
Lead the design of all service aspects, establish pricing and risk‑management mechanisms, and coordinate across departments to launch the service. - Growth and Market Adaptation:

- Partner Requirement Gathering:

Lead the design and development of Whitelabel APIs, ensuring they are secure, stable, and user‑friendly, and meet partners' personalized needs. - Partner Support and API Evolution:
Provide technical support for partner integration and improve APIs based on feedback and industry standards.
- Cross‑departmental Coordination:
Work closely with R & D, business, etc., to align product development with business goals. - Project Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the entire product process from concept to post‑launch support, set milestones, and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Regulatory Adherence:
Keep up with relevant B2B regulations at home and abroad to ensure product and service compliance. - Risk Mitigation:
