This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. They will create and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and monitor market trends to meet organizational growth goals while achieving revenue targets.

This position requires a proactive and results-driven approach in identifying opportunities within the shipping and logistics industry to expand the organization’s market presence.

• Proficiency in market analysis, competitive research, and identifying growth opportunities

• Experience in the shipping and logistics industry is highly desirable

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
