B2B Contracts and Payments Officer plays a key role in supporting the governance, coordination, and operational delivery of B2B sales products contracts and incentive programs. The role ensures smooth communication across internal stakeholders, supports the processing of incentive payouts, and contributes to the accuracy and consistency of sales program execution.
Accountabilities- Own the validation and processing of incentive payouts in strict alignment with contractual terms and internal guidelines, while driving the full incentive payout cycle end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, and enabling leadership focus on strategic priorities.
- Maintain audit trails and documentation for exceptions, adjustments and manual interventions.
- Own stakeholder communication with Finance, Legal and Audit, ensuring seamless coordination on routine matters related to incentive payouts, legal contracts and process alignment, driving clarity, compliance and consistency across all functions.
- Own the maintenance and continuous improvement of legal contract templates and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency and strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze performance incentive calculations, support sales teams in resolving discrepancies.
- Lead the preparation of regular and ad hoc reports on incentive performance, customer trends and program effectiveness while maintaining and enhancing performance dashboards, delivering accurate actionable insights that directly inform business decisions on incentives and contracts.
- Contribute to the upkeep of the incentive calculations and tracking tools.
- Support with various operational tasks and cross‑functional initiatives as needed.
- University degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, or a similar role, ideally within the airline or travel industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret reports.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
- Comfortable working in a high‑paced, cross‑cultural commercial environment.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and commercial reporting skills required.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platform is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy required.
