Specialist – Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership
The role supports the development and execution of engagement strategies focusing on managing key stakeholder relationships and partnership initiatives. The Specialist coordinates complex engagement activities, supports the management of MoUs and collaboration frameworks, and ensures that communication with stakeholders is consistent and aligned with the Group Sustainability & Risk Unit (GSRU) objectives.
Core Responsibilities- Support the implementation of stakeholder engagement plans and strategies across the GSRU.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with a portfolio of key internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the drafting, negotiation and management of partnership agreements and MoUs.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for stakeholder meetings, workshops and events.
- Track and report on the status of engagement activities and partnership performance.
- Maintain the stakeholder database and ensure all interaction logs are up-to-date and accurate.
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholder inquiries and coordinate responses with the relevant SU divisions.
- Identify and assess potential new partners and engagement opportunities that align with GSRU’s strategic goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the stakeholder engagement framework and processes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior specialists within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is required.
- English and Arabic.
- A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in stakeholder relations, corporate affairs, or partnership management.
- Experience in executing stakeholder engagement plans and managing corporate partnerships.

- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Experience in the Maritime/Ports industry is highly preferable.
