Responsibilities
- Managing the procurement process for infrastructure and construction projects
- Sourcing evaluating and negotiating with suppliers vendors and subcontractors
- Preparing and issuing RFQs RFPs and purchase orders
- Analyzing quotations and preparing commercial comparison reports
- Ensuring procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements
- Coordinating with project engineering and finance teams to meet procurement schedules
- Monitoring supplier performance and maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Tracking deliveries and resolving procurement-related issues
- Maintaining procurement records and preparing periodic reports
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 12–15 years of procurement experience, with at least 10 years in infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, contract administration, and supplier management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
