We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Specialist to join our team.

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, and issues, and provide regular status updates.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and project management standards.
• Identify potential risks and support the implementation of mitigation plans.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
  
  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project governance activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of modern digital tools and project management methodologies is preferred.
• Strong report‑writing and presentation skills.

• Professional certifications in Project Management are an advantage.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Knowledge of risk management and project governance practices.
