About the ProgramThis is a paid, rotational fellowship designed to give you real hands‑on experience across multiple functional areas of the organisation. You'll work on meaningful projects, build professional skills, and be supported every step of the way by a dedicated supervisor and HR business partner — all guided by a personalised Training Plan.
From technical and role‑specific training to business skills and professional certifications, this program is built to set you up for long‑term career success.
What You'll Be Doing- Delivering projects and tasks as outlined in your individual Training Plan
- Participating in face‑to‑face and virtual training and applying learnings in real work
- Collaborating across departments and building professional relationships
- Completing project‑based learning, research, analysis, and document production
- Attending regular 1:1 sessions with your supervisor and HR partner
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- IELTS score of 6.0 or above
- Up to one year of post‑graduation professional experience (internship experience welcomed)
- A proactive, self‑motivated mindset with a genuine hunger to learn and grow
- Ability to adapt, take initiative, and deliver results with minimal direction

Shortlisted candidates must be available to attend an in‑person Assessment Centre on 24th June.
