Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee all food and beverage operations for large-scale events and festivals.
* Develop and implement F&B strategies, menus, and service standards.
* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, ensuring high performance and service quality.
* Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.## Requirements
* Proven experience (5+ years preferred) as an F&B Manager, with significant focus on events and festivals.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and high-pressure environments.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and industry best practices.
* Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
