We’re looking for an Operations Excellence Manager who can lead transformation initiatives, optimize business performance, and build a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

• Lead high-impact operational improvement initiatives across the business
• Partner directly with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions
• Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and customer experience
• Build and embed a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Take ownership of projects that deliver real business value

• Leading operational excellence and process improvement programs across multiple functions
• Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and service delivery
• Applying Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to business operations
• Analyzing operational data and KPIs to drive informed decision-making
• Managing transformation and change management initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
• Establishing performance frameworks and operational best practices

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Experienced in Operations Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation, or Operational Management roles
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Process Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies
• Skilled in data analysis, performance management, and business process optimization
• A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead change and deliver measurable business outcomes
