sales professional with a proven track record in selling recruitment and staffing solutions. The role is purely revenue-focused, responsible for aggressive business acquisition and development, and consistentachievement of goals.

This position is not delivery-focused—it is for a hunter who thrives onclosing deals, building pipelines, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Drivenew client acquisition for permanent staffing, contract staffing,executive search, RPO, and bulk hiring solutions
  • Identify,qualify, and close mid to large enterprise accounts

Client Engagement

  • Understandclient hiring needs, budgets, and timelines to position the rightstaffing solutions
  • Negotiatecommercials, contracts, SLAs, and payment terms
  • Maintainlong-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Market & Revenue Growth

  • Trackmarket trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry forums.
Requirements

Key Requirements

Experience

  • 8–10+years of sales experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Manpower consulting
  • Proven success in B2B sales with consistent target achievement
  • Strong experience in GCC & MENA markets preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commerciallysharp with strong business acumen.
