Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Drivenew client acquisition for permanent staffing, contract staffing,executive search, RPO, and bulk hiring solutions
- Identify,qualify, and close mid to large enterprise accounts
Client Engagement
- Understandclient hiring needs, budgets, and timelines to position the rightstaffing solutions
- Negotiatecommercials, contracts, SLAs, and payment terms
- Maintainlong-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Market & Revenue Growth
- Trackmarket trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks
- Represent the company at networking events and industry forums.
Key Requirements
Experience
- 8–10+years of sales experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Manpower consulting
- Proven success in B2B sales with consistent target achievement
- Strong experience in GCC & MENA markets preferred.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Commerciallysharp with strong business acumen.
