Quality Assurance Executive (Arabic Speaker Required)

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive (Arabic Speaker) to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and quality of our real estate leads, documentation, and operational processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining service standards, monitoring lead quality, and supporting overall sales efficiency.

• Distribute incoming leads among the sales team based on availability, workload, and performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing and sales teams through regular quality assessments and surveys.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Reassign leads and tasks when necessary to optimize team productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare ad hoc reports on lead status, team performance, and quality assurance metrics.
• Monitor lead quality throughout the sales process and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate lead records and reporting within the CRM system.
• Conduct quality checks on lead handling, customer interactions, and follow‑up activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions when needed.

• Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of real estate documentation, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, or Real Estate Administration is preferred.
