We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and execution-focused Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work closely with leadership in identifying, validating, and launching new business opportunities. The EIR will drive market research, customer discovery, product development, and go-to-market initiatives while helping shape the future growth of the company.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from zero to one, and has a strong passion for innovation, startups, and venture creation.

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and growth initiatives.
- Conduct customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Validate business ideas through experimentation, MVPs, and pilot programs.
- Develop business models, financial projections, and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and commercial teams to build and launch new ventures.
- Lead strategic projects from concept through execution.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
- Prepare investment memos, business cases, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish partnerships and engage with external startup, investor, and ecosystem networks.
- Track key performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3–8+ years of experience in startups, venture capital, consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or entrepreneurship.
- Demonstrated experience launching products, businesses, or strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and execution.
- Startup founder or early‑stage startup experience.
- Experience with fundraising, venture building, or innovation programs.
- Financial modeling and business planning expertise.
- Product development and go‑to‑market experience.
- Strong network within startup and investment ecosystems.
