The program enhances technical knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills through structured training, on‑job experience, and competency assessments with potential full‑time employment upon successful completion.
Key Objectives- Provide graduates real‑world experience across ADNOC’s diverse business functions.
- Identify and develop top talent for future leadership roles within ADNOC Group.
- Support graduates in transitioning from academia to corporate roles.

- Successful completion of ADNOC’s entry assessments, interviews, and evaluation process.
- Strong academic record with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated adaptability and eagerness to learn.
