ADNOC is inviting UAE National graduates from all majors to join its Fresh Graduate Program (AGFGP). This initiative provides hands‑on training, professional development, and the opportunity to transition into permanent roles within ADNOC Group.

• Provide real‑world experience and skill development opportunities for UAE National graduates.
• Build a talent pipeline for future ADNOC Group roles through competency‑based assessments.
• Facilitate the transition from trainee to employee with exposure to ADNOC's culture and operations.
• Offer comprehensive training and on‑the‑job experience, even for candidates not joining permanently.

• UAE National with a bachelor’s degree in any major not listed in previous program announcements.
• Medically fit for the role.
• Successful completion of National Service (or exemption under UAE law).
• Must pass ADNOC entry assessments, interviews, and obtain required government clearances including a certificate of good conduct from the Ministry of Interior.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, global organization.
• Basic computer literacy and problem‑solving skills.
