Responsibilities
- Process Improvement & Optimization
- Support the identification, analysis, and improvement of business processes across commercial functions. - Assist in developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Support the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) across commercial departments. - Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for management review.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Business Excellence Initiatives
- Assist in the implementation of business excellence frameworks and continuous improvement programs. - Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational performance.
- Participate in internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established processes and standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Management, and Operations to ensure alignment of processes and performance metrics. - Support workshops and meetings to drive process alignment and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Collect and analyze business data to support decision-making. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational and commercial performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business excellence, process improvement, or performance management, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Ability to document processes and develop structured reports.
