Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and monitor Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular EHS inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
* Ensure full compliance with local and international EHS regulations and company standards.
* Investigate all EHS-related incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
* Provide comprehensive EHS training and awareness programs to all levels of staff.
* Maintain accurate EHS records, documentation, and prepare reports for management.## Requirements
* Proven experience as an EHS Officer, preferably within the hospitality industry.
* Solid understanding of EHS management systems, regulations, and best practices.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to conduct thorough inspections and root cause analysis.
* Proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensuring workplace safety.
* Relevant EHS certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.## Benefits
