The Senior Analyst, Facilities will support the day-to-day operations of Raytheon’s Coyote Program facility located within Tawazun Industrial Park (TIP). This role is responsible for ensuring the facility remains safe, secure, compliant, and operationally ready at all times. The position oversees facility maintenance, contractor coordination, workplace services, security administration, and regulatory compliance while supporting business operations in alignment with RTX standards and program requirements.
WhatYou Will Do
- Manage daily facility operations to ensure a safe, clean, secure, and efficient working environment across offices, workshops, warehouses, and supporting infrastructure.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems, including HVAC, MEP, fire protection, security systems, utilities, and AV/IT infrastructure.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and walkthroughs to monitor housekeeping, safety compliance, workspace readiness, and overall facility condition.
- Supervise contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements, contractual obligations, and service level expectations.
- Serve as the primary liaison with TIP Security for visitor access, personnel clearances, vehicle permits, and material movement approvals.
- Oversee front desk and visitor management activities, ensuring accurate records are maintained for security, audit, and compliance purposes.
- A University Degree, Facility Management experience and minimum 2 years of prior experience in facility or site operation.
- Experience managing facility maintenance activities, contractor performance, and service providers in an industrial, manufacturing, defense, or commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards, emergency response procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High attention to details and with documentation discipline.
- Experience maintaining facility documentation, asset records, permits, and audit/compliance reports.
- Certification or training in Facility Management, HSE, First Aid or Fire Warden.
- Exposure to ISO or AS standards and audit processes.
