We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating bid submissions, managing documentation, and supporting the preparation of high-quality proposals for engineering consultancy projects.
Duties and Responsibilities Bid Preparation and Documentation Management- Assist in drafting and organizing technical proposals, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
- Compile and submit required documents for bid responses, ensuring full compliance with deadlines and client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather relevant data and input for bid submissions.
- Facilitate communication between teams and manage meetings, conference calls, and presentations related to bid activities.
- Monitor platforms for RFIs, RFPs, and new project opportunities.
- Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, industry trends, and maintain government section registrations.
- Review bid documents meticulously to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client requirements.
- Work with team members to enhance the quality and presentation of bid submissions.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of bid-related information, including templates, pricing models, and historical data.
- Regularly organize and renew client and governmental section registrations.
- Monitor bid timelines, ensuring all submissions are prepared and delivered on time.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure tasks are prioritized effectively and deadlines are met.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in bid coordination, proposal management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in bidding platforms and management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
