NATIONALITY REQUIREMENT:
Open to UAE Nationals only.

The Client Engagement Associate will be our customers’ primary point of contact for securing Training, Test & Evaluation facility bookings, supporting their onboarding and booking experience via the Digital Booking System, and passing test demand signals and bookings to the Training, Test & Evaluation Operations Team for delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client Engagement Associate will be an active member of the Business Development team, supporting the acquisition of new customers, handling day‑to‑day booking enquiries for existing customers, and driving increased revenue and efficient use of the Training, Test & Evaluation facility through effective booking practices. To do this, they will:

  • Coordinate the client onboarding process and provide support, guidance and advice to them whilst booking the TT&E facility services.
  • Work closely with the TT&E facility Scheduling and Operations department to efficiently push new bookings through the booking system for handover to service delivery.
  • Support the operation, maintenance and future development of the TT&E facility Digital Booking System.
  • Day-to-day operation and future development of the TT&E facility Digital Booking System – working with system developers to troubleshoot issues and roll out new upgrades.
  • Using data provided by customers via the Digital Booking System, design and generate data‑driven insight reports for senior management and collect timely and accurate TT&E facility statistics monthly to support invoicing and management reporting.

  • Ability to act independently in front of customers
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication (Arabic & English)
  • Strong Client Relationship Management skills and able to maintain long‑term client relationships
  • Good Market Knowledge in a related discipline or field (e.g. Unmanned Systems, Test & Evaluation)
Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills
  • Ability to quickly assess client needs and match them with our solutions
  • Comfortable with extracting data and generating data‑driven reports in line with management needs
  • Excellent report‑writing and presentation skills
