Organise and oversee household operations including formal dining service, event set-up, guest arrivals, and daily schedules.
Maintain immaculately presented common areas, guest rooms, and service spaces in line with exacting standards of cleanliness and order.
Coordinate and supervise household activities, including liaising with kitchen, cleaning, security, and external service providers.
Assist with wardrobe management, laundry, packing/unpacking, and personal shopping as required by the principals.
Plan and manage table settings, décor, and the delivery of food and beverages during formal and informal occasions.
Anticipate the preferences, routines, and priorities of household members, remaining flexible to changing schedules and ad hoc requests.
Oversee the preparation and execution of special events, dinners, and seasonal gatherings.
