Business Development Specialist
The Sr. Specialist, Business Development will serve as a senior point of contact for securing Training, Test & Evaluation facility bookings – supporting client onboarding and the booking experience via the Digital Booking System and passing test demand signals and bookings to the TT&E Operations Team for delivery.
This is a senior role within the Business Development team, requiring a seasoned professional who can operate with significant autonomy, manage complex client relationships, and contribute strategic insights to drive revenue growth and facility utilisation. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients and a key partner to internal stakeholders across Operations, IT, and Senior Leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and coordinate the client onboarding process, providing high-level guidance and strategic advice to clients when booking TT&E facility services.
- Work closely with the TT&E facility Scheduling and Operations department to efficiently push new bookings through the booking system for handover to service delivery.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance and future development of the TT&E facility Digital Booking System – acting as a key liaison with system developers to troubleshoot issues and roll out new upgrades.
- Spearhead the design and generation of complex, data-driven insight reports for senior management, and ensure timely, accurate collection of TT&E facility statistics monthly to support invoicing and management reporting.
- Utilize extensive industry knowledge to proactively identify client needs, resolve escalated issues, and contribute to the strategic growth of the business.
- Mentor and guide junior team members (as required), sharing best practices in client engagement and booking processes.

- Must be a UAE National with a valid Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid).

Skills:
- Ability to quickly assess complex client needs and match them with our solutions
- Expert‑level capability in extracting data and generating strategic, data‑driven reports for management
- Excellent report‑writing and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
5–8 years of relevant experience in client engagement, business development support, sales operations, or a related field
Preferred IndustryDefence, Aerospace, Unmanned Systems, Test & Evaluation, or similar technical B2B services
EducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Technical SkillsProficiency in digital booking systems, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
