Vendor Pre‑Qualification Registration
- Prepare and submit vendor pre‑qualification documents for Oil & Gas EPC and industrial clients.
- Maintain registrations, approvals, certifications, renewal dates and client requirements.
- Track submissions, follow up on pending items and respond to client clarifications.
- Ensure documentation remains updated and readily available for business opportunities.
- Prepare, review and maintain technical documents required for pre‑qualification and tender submissions, including technical datasheets, product catalogues, engineering specifications, compliance certificates, quality documentation, manufacturer OEM authorization documents, project references and technical capability documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and manufacturers to obtain required technical information.
- Ensure submissions meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Support Sales and Business Development with tender, RFI, RFQ, RFP and technical submission packages.
- Identify bid opportunities through portals, industry sources and market research.
- Support in securing and maintaining Approved Vendor Contractor status with key clients and EPC contractors to maximize tender opportunities.
- Review customer requirements and confirm qualification, compliance and documentation needs.
- Work with the team to enhance the quality and presentation of bid submissions.
- Manage client portal registrations, submissions, approvals, renewal dates and related records.
- Support continuous improvement of the company’s pre‑qualification and approval processes.
- Maintain bid templates, pricing models, historical data and registration records.
- Monitor bid timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure tasks are prioritized effectively and deadlines are met.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field; engineering background preferred.
Experience1–3 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, Industrial, Energy or related sectors preferred.
Experience in Vendor registration, Pre‑qualification, Tender, Technical documentation, or Sales/Application engineering preferred.
UAE Oil & Gas industry exposure is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge & Skills- Understanding of Oil & Gas processes, vendor approvals, pre‑qualification, and tender documentation, including ADNOC requirements.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, specifications, datasheets, quality & compliance, and certification requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management.
- Detail‑oriented with strong documentation accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and work autonomously or collaboratively in cross‑functional team settings.
