This full‑time, on‑site position offers great opportunities for career growth and is an excellent fit for a highly organized individual who can manage day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations.

• Multichannel Management
  :
  Oversee daily operations, product listings, updates, and order processing across Amazon Seller Central, Talabat, Insta Shop, and Shopify.
• Shopify Data Governance
  :
  Organise the online catalog by creating collections, managing product tags, setting up variants, and optimising navigation.
• Order Processing & Coordination
  :
  Ensure orders from all channels are received, acknowledged, packed correctly, and dispatched within platform SLAs.
• Inventory Control
  :
  Maintain accurate stock counts across all platforms and audit inventory regularly to prevent overselling.
• Procurement Support
  :
  Prepare purchase orders based on sales data, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure new shipments are tagged and entered into the system immediately.

• Exceptional data‑management skills; mastery of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is non‑negotiable.
• High attention to detail – comfortable handling thousands of unique product tags, barcodes, and descriptions.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with sales, purchasing and delivery drivers.
• Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in e‑commerce coordination or management, preferably within retail or pet product sectors.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms and digital marketing techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with the UAE market and cultural nuances is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO for e‑commerce listings.
• Experience with content coordination.
• Understanding of UAE online consumer trends and marketplace operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon and/or Noon seller accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce operations in the UAE.
• Proven experience managing Shopify backends and food/grocery aggregator portals (Talabat/Insta Shop).
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central preferred.
• Experience with PPC advertising and campaign management.
• Good understanding of product listing optimisation and SEO.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
