Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a growing advisory firm helping international companies establish and scale their presence in the UAE. This role will oversee administrative, financial, and operational support functions while working closely with the founder to ensure smooth business operations, including company setup, compliance, and financial coordination across both ADGM and mainland structures.
Responsibilities- Manage invoicing, expense tracking, and financial administration
- Coordinate with external accountants and maintain accurate financial records
- Oversee contracts, corporate documentation, and compliance-related administration
- Support company setup, renewals, and operational requirements across ADGM and mainland UAE
- Coordinate with government authorities, service providers, and external stakeholders
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist with client onboarding and internal business processes
- Track deadlines, regulatory requirements, and founder priorities
- Provide day-to-day business support across multiple functions
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in business support, administration, finance, or operations within the UAE
- Strong understanding of ADGM and mainland company structures, setup processes, and compliance requirements
- Experience handling trade licenses, renewals, visas, and corporate documentation
- Strong understanding of invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial administration
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and digital business tools
