Viola is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing Events team. In this role, you'll support the planning and execution of exceptional events while working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every project is delivered seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of retainer and project-based client events.
- Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery throughout each project.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, venues, and suppliers.
- Coordinate event logistics, including sourcing venues, catering, AV, entertainment, security, and other event requirements.
- Conduct market and industry research to support event concepts, proposals, and client presentations.
- Maintain and update databases of venues, suppliers, artists, and event partners.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Provide regular project updates, track progress, and communicate client feedback to the wider team.
- Support on-site event delivery and assist with resolving operational issues as they arise.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in event management or a similar client-facing role.
- Agency experience, particularly within a multinational or regional environment, is advantageous.
- Experience working across multiple industries is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications or specialised event training are a plus.
