Job Responsibilities

Issue purchase orders, encumbrances, tenders & petty cash requests.

Manage and process requests from Students Affairs organizations:
Hospitality, Toners, Stationery, Gifts, Attending conferences, Travel request, Hotel services, Overtime request, Trainers payment.

Manage Students Affairs annual contracts and process their monthly invoices:
Food Services Contract, Medical Services Contract, General Assistants Contract, Sport Services Contract, Symplicity Contract.

Participate and follow up on the budget implementation of Students Affairs, promptly responding to requests received.

Prepare, follow up, and close all financial transactions related to Students Affairs according to policies and procedures, representing the Financial Affairs Department in the APSA Office.

Manage Ministry of Education invoices for Ethiopian and Eritrean students including monthly stipends, visa expenses, insurance cards, residency visas, and follow up with MOE to pay outstanding invoices.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance

Preferred Qualification

One year or more experience in financial matters and budget allocation across administrative units.
