Business Continuity Governance & Assessment Manager; UAEN

Lead the Digital Business Continuity Governance & Assessment function by developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and resilience strategies focused on digital and technology environments. Ensure compliance with business continuity standards, strengthen organizational resilience, and enhance the organization's ability to respond to and recover from technology and cyber-related disruptions. The role requires a strong Information Technology (IT) background with expertise in digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT service continuity.

• Implement the business continuity strategy and governance framework.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
• Promote resilience and business continuity best practices across the organization.

• Develop and maintain business continuity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead business continuity risk assessments and business impact analyses.
• Oversee crisis management planning, simulations, and testing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 22301/22361).
• Lead post-incident reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare resilience reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with IT, Information Security, Risk, and business units to strengthen organizational resilience.
• Develop and mentor team members while supporting continuous capability development.

• Manage team performance, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Identify training and development needs.
• Prepare periodic reports and support departmental objectives.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Professional certification in Business Continuity or Risk Management (CBCI, MBCI, CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor) is preferred.

• 6–10 years of experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or Crisis Management.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience implementing enterprise business continuity frameworks and crisis management programs.
