Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively enhance the organization's presence and visibility by successfully registering and prequalifying with major National and International Oil Companies, EPC contractors, and other relevant sectors in the UAE.
  • Efficiently manage and maintain ongoing registration and prequalification processes with existing clients, while also handling the entire registration and prequalification lifecycle for new clients.
  • Develop and maintain a broad network of contacts to secure a place on Approved Vendor/Contractor Lists for relevant work categories, thereby increasing opportunities to participate in tenders and bid exercises.
  • Actively seek and increase participation in RFIs, RFQs and other tender opportunities through diligent market scanning, including monitoring of e-sourcing/e-procurement portals, industry websites, research databases, and news sources.
  • Receive, acknowledge, and manage tenders, RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and related communications as required.
Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in prequalification and registration roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas, ADWEA, ENEC, or other industries in Abu Dhabi or UAE.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in a variety of software packages and IT skills, coupled with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written;
    Arabic language skills are beneficial.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
