Strategic Affairs & Institutional Effectiveness Consultant Key Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of the Strategic Affairs & Institutional Effectiveness Office from the ground up, including its operating model, governance framework, policies, processes, and methodologies.
• Advise executive leadership on strategic planning, institutional effectiveness, performance management, quality, governance, project management, business continuity, and organizational excellence.
• Develop strategic and operational planning frameworks, KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Design governance frameworks for strategic initiatives, enterprise risk management, business continuity, and institutional innovation.
• Assess organizational maturity, identify improvement opportunities, and provide practical recommendations with implementation roadmaps.
• Support the implementation of best practices, build internal capabilities, and transfer knowledge to ensure long-term sustainability.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline;
  Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in strategy, institutional effectiveness, organizational excellence, or management consulting.
• Proven experience establishing Strategy, PMO, or Institutional Effectiveness Offices from scratch.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, governance, performance management, and organizational transformation.
