Scaffolding Inspector (Walkin - Mumbai, Chennai & Kochi
Conduct thorough inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Identify and report any defects, hazards, or non-conformities in scaffolding systems, including structural integrity and stability. Verify that all scaffolding is erected, dismantled, and modified by competent persons according to approved plans and safety standards. Document inspection findings, including photographic evidence, and prepare detailed reports for site management and relevant authorities.
Possess a valid certification in scaffolding inspection (e.g., CISRS, OSHA Scaffold Competent Person) to demonstrate expertise. Have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in scaffolding operations or inspection within the construction industry. Demonstrate a strong understanding of various scaffolding types (e.g., tube and coupler, system, mobile towers) and their erection principles. Exhibit excellent technical knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations (e.g., Indian Standards, international codes).
EligibilityCriteria
- Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore.
- Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
- Clean‑shaven policy applicable.
- Candidates must be immediate joiners.
- Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.

Age CriteriaMaximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.
Managerial and SR. PositionsA minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
